All eligible students are required to complete an application.

Top priority for acceptance in to the program is given to:

• National Health Service Corps Scholars and Illinois Department of Public Health Scholars (first priority)
• Students enrolled in health professional programs in Illinois
• Illinois students training out-of-state
• Students wanting to practice in Illinois.
